New To Pilates?

Classes
Private 1:1
60mins
One hour of individual attention. These classes are great if you are new to Pilates or you have an injury that requires special attention or you wish to achieve your fitness goals as quickly as possible. During the initial assessment we will discuss whether this option may be right for you.
Group Class 1:2
60mins
This class is a great option for friends, partners, mothers and daughters, fathers and sons. Both participants undertake their own personal exercise program as each person will have different needs and goals.
Group Class 1:3
75mins
A 75 min session with one instructor to three students. Each student will be guided through their own personal exercise program as no two people are the same and each person has different needs, goals and movement challenges.

Booking a class is easy, just follow these 3 steps:
For 1-1 classes, find ‘Studio Private Class 1:1 (60 min)’.
For group classes, select the ‘Group sessions’ tab then find the appropriate class.
Choose ‘Select’ button.
Select your preferred date and time using the calendar.
Once done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If the session times suggested are not suitable, then please contact us directly.
