CORE STABILITY & STRENGTH
‘Core stability’ is the body’s inbuilt system to protect the spine. Sometimes it can ‘switch off’ until it is properly retrained.
POSTURE
Unfavourable postural deviations occur in time and without your knowledge. Ironically, time and knowledge are required to unwind the postural clock.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT
When we train your functional movements, we train them to improve your overall musculoskeletal health.
BALANCE
‘Balance CAN be trained’. This will make a significant difference to helping you maintain your independence, help raising grandchildren, travelling, bike riding, golf and continuing your life’s work.
PREGNANCY
An exercise program needs to account for the various stages: Pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and post pregnancy, but also should understand your history of exercise including prior injuries and past pelvic issues that can re-emerge during pregnancy.
